These services are designed for healthcare professionals and institutions and require appropriate credentials and institutional agreements.

3. User Accounts and Credentials

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized institutional representative
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with professional medical standards. You will not:

• Use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Share patient data without proper authorization

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by CogniAxis.ai and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing and improving our services, subject to strict privacy and security protections.

6. Data Privacy & Security

Our handling of personal and healthcare data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain HIPAA compliance, ISO 27001 certification, and IEC 62304 adherence for medical device software.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice

8. Fees & Payment Terms

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct that harms other users or our services

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• Arbitration in Bengaluru, India, under applicable arbitration rules
